Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

Order processing normally takes 1 to 7 business days. Standard shipping is SAR 12, unless a different amount is displayed at checkout. Tracking details are provided when available. Exceptional conditions may cause delays.

Returns

An eligible return must be requested within 3 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required, and the product must remain unused, sealed and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Card payments are refunded to the same card. Cash-on-delivery refunds require valid bank details. Refund processing may take 7 to 21 business days after approval.
