Orders within Jeddah are generally delivered on the same day or the next day. Orders to other regions generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery is available throughout Saudi Arabia. Approximately 95% of orders are delivered to the customer address; in limited service areas, the carrier may request collection from its nearest branch.
